
Welcome to Kore Fitness: your space, your goals.
Kore Fitness is a private 1:1 session with Kayla and a reformer. Your sessions will be programmed based on your short- and long-term goals that will be determined prior to your first 1:1. Kore is not your traditional pilates. Imagine core exercises on and off the machine with your basic strength-training exercises. Sessions always begin with 2 to 3 warm-up exercises that will then lead you into either a flow of choreography or circuits. Flows are exercises that blend into each other to help build strength and stamina. Circuits are a combination of 6 or more exercises on and off the reformer, performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time.
Regardless of where you are in your wellness and fitness journey, if you want a change from your normal routine, need to improve your imbalances, or you just want that personal attention, Kore is for you!
